Families and caregivers are burning out. They're mentally and emotionally exhausted and in many cases financially strained. Whether you have older parents and children you are caring for, a chronic disease you are trying to manage, or children you are trying to co-parent, there is no mobile app on the market flexible enough to adapt to your situation.
As both a military veteran and mom of six young kids, I have become intimately familiar with the invisible work, or mental load, that is required to keep a household running smoothly. I built Simyli to help families simplify their lives and focus on what truly matters. But I didn't just build this for women or moms. I built it to help all busy households, no matter what that looks like. And ultimately, to transform healthcare.

What is Mental Load?
Mental load refers to the cognitive and emotional effort required to manage and coordinate daily responsibilities, such as household tasks, family logistics, and work obligations. It often involves planning, organizing, remembering, and anticipating needs, which can be mentally exhausting, even if the tasks themselves are not physically demanding.
